-If you can read Japanese, you should be able to figure out what to click. If you do not, click on こちら on the Code Generator page. Then it will tell you to wait for one hour.
-Go to that site again at X:55 after the hour wait, then you will get the code. The code will look something like this…

-Now to actually vote, go to this site. http://changi.2ch.net/vote/.
-In the 名前 box, input your code. You also may want to submit your email address in the email box as well.
-Pay attention to which board are you posting in. For right now, just find the top most thread on the board to submit your vote.
-Right now is the preliminary battles so you may vote up to nine characters.
-Your vote must be in a specific format like this…
